grubber vs spring tine

Looking a grubber suitable for weeding spuds and making land ready for them next year, smallish area at the minute but would like to leave my self open if i were to plant a few acres down the line.

I have came across a few grubbers, fixed leg types made by ferguson. smallish money, but was advised to get a spring tine one, a bit more expensive though and not as collectable i suppose.
    Any recommendations at all? thanks
