    So i have registered with irish water early and have paid my bills,but not sure how does the 100 e return work,as in do i need to register online as well to get it or will it be sent out automatically  as in check form?

    Also website asks a lot of details,and water bill is registered to one family member but im the one whos paying the bills so if i was to go online would i be able to put down my details-as in bank account pps nr,while keeping the (WPRN) number on the same person.
