Transferring Sat Nav info when car sold

    If someone has loads of destinations, etc . . . set up on their in-car sat Nav, is there a way to transfer those when the car is sold so they don't have to enter them all over again in the new car?

    I've done this with stand alone Garmins no problem, but can only see options for wiping all information in the in-car one.

    The car in question is a Honda CRV, and the new car is also a CRV. I can't see a model or manufacturer for the in-car one.
