Does anyone have a nice easy foolproof pizza dough recipe?

This Jamie Oliver recipe has never failed me and it's not at all tricky to make. For the golden caster sugar I just use any sugar we have at home (bar icing sugar). I normally half the recipe because I don't need the amount of dough it makes for just the 2 of us.

The dough in this cooking club recipe also gets rave reviews, I know a lot of people who've made it have gone on to use the same dough for all their pizza adventures

    +1 for Jamie Oliver.

Make it two/three days in advance and leave it in the fridge covered in cling film so it doesn't dry out.

Also roll it out in lots of semolina to help dry it out further.

Remember 'wet' is your enemy when it comes to topping.

    Good luck! :)
