Dissolution of Dail

Just wondering, what happens to an Act if the Dail is dissolved but the Implementation Order has not been signed by the relevant Minister? Does the Act still stand or does a new Dail have to pass the Act again?

The next Minister just has to sign it into effect. Nothing else.
