DART - Worthwhile Complaining?

Im not such a frequent user of public transport but what i encountered on the Dart about 15 mins ago is shocking.. ok nobody died but still..

3 junkies who were reasonably coherent got on at Connolly.. one sat opposite me and the other two on the other side of the carriage opposite an elderly gent... they were a bit loud but no biggie.. one of them happens to stand up beside me however and whip his lad out and prepares to take a piss beside me up against the door at the end of the carriage... imagining muchos spashage i bailed out the door before he could get going... im sat at Killester where im halfway into a 30 minute wait for the next train to howth... the train was full of people of all ages including tourists and its ****ty that they have to see this in our capital.. im well travelled and it wouldnt be put up with anywhere else..

Is this worth complaining to IE at all ? Sorry i dont regualrly use this train so dont know if cctv is in use or if they can be caught upline... all talk was obviously scoring some gear at destination..

Doesn't sound like the operator's fault! As you say yourself, they seemed in reasonable shape getting on the train!
