I want to apply for a job and i see a 2nd level qualification is essential under education.Would this mean leaving cert or does it mean junior or leaving cert s technically the JC is still a qualification

Well as they haven't specified, I would take it that JC would count as a second level qualification. However, I wonder did whoever wrote the job spec mean third level qualification because people rarely mention second level?
