Exporting a car

    Quick question.

    What does one do with the log book after exporting a car to the UK?

    AFAIW the DVLA will ask you for this when you are re-registering with them and it will then in turn be sent back to the Irish authorities.. If you ever bring the vehicle back you would do the same with the tax office here

    It does indeed need to go to the DVLA who sent it back to Shannon.
