Passat B8 non-powered mirror folding?

Got a 151 TDI Comfortline TDI Passat and only recently had a need to fold the side mirrors in. Thing is, I'm not sure if it's possible unless you opt for the powered mirrors? They're not going to budge without applying force that seems excessive to me. Just wondering if anyone knows if the wings mirrors can be manually folded? (The manual makes no reference to manual folding, power folding only)
Also, it seems the DAB option is missing from the radio. AM + FM bands are listed, but DAB is missing, even though the manual suggests it should be there. I realize DAB isn't widespread in Ireland, but find it unusual the menu option isn't even available. Again, manual suggests it _should_ be there. Pretty sure DAB is supported as standard on the B8

No problem at all pushing them in yourself. They wouldn't fold in if they weren't designed to.

With DAB, the manual covers all options but you would need to check the spec on your trim level.
