Ringer volume on Lumia 640

Hello, On the Microsoft Lumia 640, the volume rocker affects the ringer volume when the phone is in normal mode (start screen etc). This is rather inconvenient. If the phone is in a bag etc and has not yet autolocked, the volume can change because of accidental bumps against other stuff. So is it possible to disable this…

Hello,

So is it possible to disable this feature?

Also, is it possible to set the volume while listening to the ringtone, so one can compare? This usually worked on old feature phones (in the same menu where you set the rington) but i can't seem to find it on the Lumia.
