Where could one go for a nice early breakfast roll on a Sunday morning around town...?

Gala on Eyre Square up towards Prospect Hill across from the Bentley is usually good for a fresh roll in the early hours.

Across from the hospital is a 24 hour shop

If you want a proper breakfast then I think the Trappers on the Tuam Road opens at 9 or 10 on Sundays.

For my money the "Bacon, Egg Sausage" deal is one of the best in town,
