    I have read old topics about them having horrible customer support.

    Unfortunately, the earspeaker on my phone has broken so I want to get a new phone sooner then later, and I have my heart set on a Z3 compact.
    However, Amazon is charging €80 to deliver it for some reason and it costs crazy much on Expansys. Pixmania have it around €400 or less, but I've read their support is terrible.

    Honestly with the £ exchange rate Amazon is terrible, Expansys is terrible, I'm thinking of just getting a Galaxy S5 phone in Argos, even though I really would prefer the Z3C.

    They still have terrible customer support. Posted me an empty box too small for the product and claimed it was stolen!

    Amazon, between the exchange rate and other issues, are a pain. We need better competitors. :(
