paint on Windows frame

Hi all looking for a bit of advice on how to get Matt interior paint of the windows fame. It only a few inches long by a inch wide strip the fame is cream film upvc. Would white spirit damage the frame? Thanks Austin

What is the window frame made of ?. Although if the paint is normal emulsion water and elbow grease will remove it !

Edit . I see its PVC .. Work away with the White spirits / wd40

if it's just emulsion then as above plenty of elbow grease. if your still having problems go and get a small bottle of cellulose from a hardware/paint suppliers.

Mentholated spirits on a cloth will dissolve it for you.
