Reversing Postgraduate Deferral

I think my course didn't fill up, deferred til 2016 it 2 weeks ago and recieved the letter. Found a way to fund it now, so would happily do it this year if I still can. Has anyone done this before? Will call them on Monday but if there's any way of doing it that will increase my chances of reversing it I'd love to hear…
