No self service functions for Leap Card

    Bought my first Leap Card in Heuston the other day, registered it online with no problems. When I login I cannot access any of the functions to top it up,view balance or add credit cards. Anyone know why this may be? Thanks.

    Have you used it yet or added credit via a ticket machine or in a Payzone shop?

    No not yet. I eventually got through to them on Saturday. They told me to unregister it then register the card again in 24hrs. Still no online functionality.

    Bring it to a Payzone shop or go to a railway station with a ticket machine, put €5 credit on it and use it once, then see what happens. Simply buying the card probably doesn't register on their system, I suspect that you have to add credit and/or validate it once to make it appear on their system as an active card.
