I have no issue with paying charges for water I use/consume, not one. I _do_ have an issue with being charged based on an estimate, on an average. I'll happily pay water charges once you can provide me with a metered connection. Until then, it's not happening.

Also, as you are well aware, right now there is _no_ way for Irish water to enforce payment on current conditions due to European regulations and shown shortcomings on the system in place.
