Refurbished d3200

Does anyone have any experience with refurbished cameras in general. There's a d3200 on eBay with one year warranty at a decent price. The description suggests they're hardly used but I'm unsure what to expect?

Who is selling it, retailer or private? If it is hardly used then it would hardly need refurbishing?

I would only buy factory refurbished items myself, with factory warranties.

Yeah, it is a factory refurb. Six months warranty from Nikon and six from the store.
