Some nice houses being constructed in Oldtown Demesne, close to the Sallins roundabout. We drove into the development last week and there's some really nice houses. A3 energy rated, underfloor heating etc. Any experience with this estate or the developer. Prices are on the expensive side (I suppose it's relative) but…

A3 energy rated, underfloor heating etc. Any experience with this estate or the developer. Prices are on the expensive side (I suppose it's relative) but wondering if the prices listed by developer/auctioneer are the final ones or can buyers negotiate?
