    Hi,
I was hoping to apply for Tams to help cover the cost of a new cattle chute and pens. It will be outside and uncovered. From what I've read in the journal I see that this requires planning permission. How does one go about seeking pp for this?

Also they say that 60% of the cost is available to under 40s who recently took up farming. How long is recent?

    Thanks in advance.
