Hi I'm looking for a part for my canyon cf sl. I can only describe it as a cable support bracket which is located underneath the base of the frame. It appears to be a weak point with canyon bikes, this flimsy plastic bracket. Photo attached I was in touch with canyon 3 weeks ago and a replacement part arrived today however…

Hi

I was in touch with canyon 3 weeks ago and a replacement part arrived today however they sent the wrong part. I'll probably have to wait another few weeks for resolution so I'm hoping someone here has a spare

You could get someone to plastic weld the broken while you're waiting for the correct part to come in.
A plastic weld might work as a permanent repair and the part can be a spare for you then.
