Payment not showing

    Hi, 

    I called yourselves yesterday (Spoke to Dave) as I received my 2nd bill and it didn't have the payment I made from the first bill. 

    Dave asked me to email in proof of payment to customerservice@water.ie, which I did yesterday at 14:34. As yet I haven't had a response or even an acknowledgement of my email. 

    My ticket reference is ********** and is quoted in the subject line of my email, it had a screen grab of my credit card statement showing payment made on 27/05. I also attached a pdf of my first bill. 

    Can you please confirm you've received payment and allocate it to my account? Can you also confirm that this won't happen in future, as this payment was made via your own website so I can't see how you're unable to tell that it came from me.

    I provided a ticket reference number that was given to me by Dave in Irish Water. Can't you find what you need from that? I assume this is a unique id number specifically related to my query on my account.

    Still no resolution on this, still no payment on my account.

    I did finally get a response to my email telling me that my query has been forwarded to the relevant dept. Oh and it was quick to point out that I should include my account number when making payments to Irish Water, which would make sense if I was paying by bank transfer. :rolleyes:

    It goes without saying that no more bills will be paid until this is sorted. And considering the circumstances I assume I will not be penalized with any late payment fees?
