Bonding sandstone slabs to wooden frame

I have some spare sandstone tiles and want to make raised beds from them.

I have made a wooden frame and plan on bonding the tiles to it. Does anyone know what a suitable adhesive would be? Would a good quality silicone sealant do the job? Does the sandstone need to be primed for the adhesive to take?

    Thanks! JV
