Adding name to account

    Hi,

I received a letter from you yesterday saying you have no name details for my address the relevant account. We did not receive an application form in the post, so I printed one off, filled it in correctly with the details requested on the form and sent it to you. I then called to make sure it was correct, and was assured that it was, yet bills received so far have been addressed to 'The Occupier' as was the letter looking for name details.

Just wondering was the letter received yesterday sent in error or does it require a response. If it does require a response, how do I actually get my details added to the account, seeing as though previous methods have not worked.

Also, my housemate cannot log into the online account we set up either.

    Thanks

Hi, just wondering whether there is any update on this? You received a PM yesterday just after lunch time with the details requested.

We still can't log in to the online account either.

    Hi,

just wondering whether there's any update on this?

I was told last Friday that you'd investigate whether you actually have my details (as you told me you did) but still send me a letter saying that you don't have my details.

We also still cannot log in to our online account.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I got another bill from your recently with my name only on it, and not my name and my housemates name as originally submitted to you on the paper application form. It also has a different account number to the one that was received when the bills were addressed solely to the occupier.

I tried to apply for the water conservation grant tonight so I requested a new 'TIN', entered our water point reference number & our account number, and then it says that 'the details provided do not match out records'. This is on watergrant.ie.

We still cannot get in to our online account either.

So I have a number of questions I would like answered:

1: How do we register for this grant? I note that the deadline is stated as 30 June - I assume that as I printed & sent off documents to you I'd say in January or February that this is sufficient.
2: When did you receive my original registration documents, and why were the first 2 bills addressed to 'the occupier'
3: When will the grant payment come through?
4: How do we go about accessing our online account?

    Thanks

If you registered your details with us on or before June 30th of this year, you are eligible to apply for this years' Water Conservation Grant. You can read more on the grant itself here.

The Department of Social Protection will contact all those eligible to apply for the grant by September 30th, 2015. If you do not receive any communication by then, we would suggest that you contact the Water Conservation Grant Support Team at 0761 087 890 or 1890 100 043 for further advice.

In relation to your additional queries regarding both your online account and the first two bills you received from us; if you would like to confirm your details via PM we would be more than happy to assist further. We can also check your account to ensure correct registration and eligibility to apply for the grant if you wish.

    Kind regards,
    Amy.

    Hi Amy,

the issue with being eligible for the grant is that I downloaded an application form myself after not receiving one in the post from you, and sent it in with my housemates name and my name on it. Despite doing this, the first 2 bills we received were addressed to 'the occupier' and we also received a letter from you in August requesting the names for the bill. After my communication with you on boards.ie, I received a bill with my name only on it, which seems to have replaced the 2nd bill I received from you which was addressed to 'the occupier'.

As the deadline for registering to be eligible for the grant was 30 June I believe, this leads me to think that you only registered me recently, leading me to think that we will not receive the grant, which is obviously unfair.

Can you confirm when you registered me for Irish Water, as I will be taking it further if through no fault of my own, I am not eligible for the grant.

    Thanks
