    Has anyone encountered problems with BE club recently?

    I've attempted to log in but it states my details are incorrect and the password reset facility isn't working. I've also attempted to re-register to no avail.

    I've attempted to contact BE on 017033254 but it's just a voicemail

    It is a bit messed up since the launch of their new website and they appear to be taking their time in sorting it out, Have you cleared the cache? that might sort it out.

    Thanbks - tried that but it's still not working. Have also tried re-registering to no avail.

    As far as I'm aware, it's possible to log in during the booking process but not from the actual log in page.
