Family Holiday with young Kids

Hi looking for a bit of advise as to where we could get a nice family holiday in the sun but with a 2 and a half year old and a 1 year old in September. I wouldn't mind the ferry to france of flying but havn't a clue as to what resorts or sites are suitable. I did look at Cambrills in salou and that really took my fancy…
