Handbrake question for nct retest

    Hi Lads.

    Car failed on the handbrake test-ya man said it needs adjusting is this possible to do myself think it needs tightning.

    imbalance is 63%

    also the car was doing a retest and this parking brake issue never popped up the first time and it passed -is this allowed?

    What car is it? If it went for a full retest anything can be failed.

    What did it fail in the first time? Sometimes a fail in one test means another test can't be completed, so it gets done on the retest

    Failing on tyres would have just required a visual retest. Why did you do a full retest?
