From experience, any prescription pills you have available will most likely fail to kill you. They may severely and permanently damage your central nervous system though.

    Hi Molly
The number for the samaritan is 116123. They are so understanding. Could you phone a friend or a loved one? Please please talk to someone. I know you are feeling low right now pm me if you wish. Hugs to you

OP, have you someone trustworthy you can contact right now? Is this your 1st time thinking this seriously?

I mean if you really wanted to do it, you wouldn't be posting on here, so you must be wanting to get help. I have had my moments of struggle like you, believe me, but what keeps me going is the hope that maybe things can get better, since I still have a huge life ahead of me that I want to get through and you can too.

Please don't do anything to yourself. Contact someone on this link - http://touch.boards.ie/thread/2057178293/1/#post89677352

Please speak to a professional OP. Suicide is the one choice you cannot ever undo. You need to phone a helpline tonight and talk to someone who can help you. You will not feel the way you do forever.

Don't do this. A bunch of strangers on a website care enough to respond and ask you not to do this. People in your life will care enough to help you through this.

It's late and you're probably scared and so tired of life. I say this because I have been there too. Please contact someone now. Don't be alone with your thoughts tonight. Your life is worth holding on to x

    Hi Molly999,
Please know that you do not have to deal with this on your own.

We encourage people experiencing difficulties to talk to someone they trust and, if appropriate, to go to their GP. If you need help urgently and outside of GP hours, please go to your nearest A&E department.

Here at Boards.ie our moderators are not trained to support people experiencing difficulties. There are other organisations better positioned to provide specialised support. These organisations are listed below. We hope that you will follow these up so that you can get the help and support you need.

    If you need immediate help:
    Aware’s Support Line is open 7 days per week, 10am-10pm on 1890 303 302

The Samaritan’s phone line is open 24/7 on 116 123

Pieta offer one-to-one, face-to-face support. Click 'Contact us' to find the phone number and opening hours of your nearest branch on their site or email mary@pieta.ie for advice on getting an appointment.

    If you need non-urgent help:
Aware have a support email service at supportmail@aware.ie

There are some other useful services that you can use also listed here.
