Hi.

Have recently bought a 12 plate Citroen Grand Picasso and am having an intermittent problem with the passenger side window.

Basically sometimes when you push the passenger side window button on the drivers side door handle the window goes all the way down and wont go back up. It then works normally with the button on the passenger side handle.

Really annoying if you happen to push the wrong button when at the toll etc. I assumed it was a problem switch but after asking around it isn't that clear cut.

Any help or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

See if you can swap switch in passenger door with driver one and see if issue follows switch

Hi.

Thanks for posting. I tried swapping the switches and thought that it cured it but in the last week it returned.

Looking online a bit more seems to point to a common problem.
