Old cabinet

Hello all,
I'm hoping someone might point me in the right direction. I have this cabinet but the house is too small for it and its just turning into a junk press. I think it's beautiful but needs a more appreciative home. It also needs a little TLC. I don't know if it's junk or if I could sell it. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

It's a late 19th century stained wood chiffonier.
Its not worth much at all unfortunately , and you are missing the upper section.

A nice thing , but not valuable .

thanks so much for your reply. i thought as much about the upper section - do you have any idea what it might look like? i think fully assembled it would be really lovely. if things were different i would look into sourcing this and giving it a little tlc.
regarding selling - i'm going to put it onto some ad board and see whether there are any takers but would you be able to give an idea of what i should ask?
