Phonewatch cancellation

I have phonewatch alarm monitoring system and am going to cancel tomorrow can anyone vhelp me with getting engineer code and how to input this into box. Im on a GSM box if that helps. So sick of them overcharging me and want 150 on top of annual bill of over 300 to replace batteries as they say there low. Thanks in advance
