    Hi guys a couple of questions about doors.

    1. Can all these be planed at the sides to fit the frame, or would it ruin the edges (especially the prefinished door)

    2. Can any be painted or is it better not to and instead just varnish them.

    First 2 look like solid wood so can be planed/cut/sanded. Last one *looks like* a veneer job so probably cant.

    Re painting, im no expert but technically speaking you could paint whatever you like really. First 2 look already varnished?? could be the camera flash etc but if its bare wood you can treat the knots and then under coat it and finish it with gloss/satin wood or whatever youre having yourself.
    The last one, technically speaking you could prob paint it but i dont think thats the intention.

    Their ex display doors from Woodies/Waterford only 4 left, some damage where they drilled a hole through them to hang them up.
