I've applied for the current recruitment campaign. I'm 21 and it's first time applying. I had to give details of criminal convictions and dealings with the Guards. I did that but am wondering if they would use this to rule me out straight away? If I pass everything else I would like teh chance to explain that I have grown…

For anybody who has been through this do you think it will be a big issue for me. Will I get a fair chance like everybody else?
