Does anybody know how to download a pdf of an Ulster Bank account and print it out? It's gotta be the most user unfriendly interface I've ever had the misfortune to stumble across, requiring a PhD in Software Engineering just to enable me to clumsily paw at the keyboard in the hope of simultaneously jabbing the CTRL & P keys.

View the statement, click download, select the format you want and off you go. Easy.

Right click on the screen image, selet print and change the printer to PDF, this will save as a PDF which you can then print. At least it's that easy using Chrome

Click statements in the blue menu on the left (once you're logged in) and then it gives you the option to view, save or print PDF statements.

Take a photograph of the screen, get the pictures developed and hey presto, you have a screenshot. Get with the times, grampz.
