    Do any ferries go from Dún Laoghaire any more?

    It used to be possible from both.

    But give them a ring - only way to book - and they'll tell you.

    Correct, there are no ferries from DL any more. The HSS has been phased out and there's nowhere to berth a conventional ferry. I can't remember when it finally finished, but it is in the last year or two. I *think* it operated a peak service last Summer.

    Arent the DARTs still telling people to change here for ferry services etc or is that my imagination?

    Yep, they do.

    And (as mentioned elsewhere) the NRA motorway signs on the approaches to Dublin still point people to DL with a picture of a ferry. In fact, there are *brand new* signs at the roundabout rebuild in Leopardstown which point people to the ferry in Dun Laoghaire.

    I'd like to say something wise or funny about this here, but all I can manage is :(
