Buying money orders

Not really sure where this belongs, so hopefully this is ok. I need to buy a money order this morning, for 165 euro plus commission. What I can't find on the An Post site is how to pay. Do I need to bring cash for the exact amount, or do post offices tend to take credit cards in this day and age?
