Anyone know anywhere different, other than beach? National Botanical Gardens would be good, but would I need a permit if its just of a TFP basis?

Botanic Gardens needs a set fee to shoot in, I think it is €75 - €100 euros

If you think so. I don't see why a venue should give away to people coming into their place of work and potential damage valuable plants for free.... do you?
