Canyon 2016 range on the ultimate and endurance models anyway.
    https://www.canyon.com/en/road/ultimate/

Looks like they've managed to keep the prices the same as 2015, i thought they'd have gone up.

Also some of the 2015 range are reduce in the factory outlet

The Endurace all look to be about €100 more expensive than last year, or at least the Endurace CF 8.0 that I got for €1,499 is now €1,599. Still well priced, but glad I bought when I did, especially with no change in the spec!

Very tempted for the endurance frameset if it has Di2 compatibility

Interesting to see they now have a sub-€ 1K road bike option too.

I'm entitled to bike to work this year and the whole N+1 thing has me burning a hole in my pocket thinking about what might be a slight upgrade from an AL6.0 (which I sell to help fund it). At around the €1.3/1.4K mark it seems you can have CF with 105 (Endurance CF7.0) or aluminium with Ultegra (Endurance AL7.0). To a non-racing casual cyclist are either of those upgrades likely to make the slightest bit of difference and if you could only change either the groupset or the frame type is one of them the obvious choice?

New CX offering, Inflite with Sram Force 1 single chainring groupset and Reynolds assault tubs. First time I've seen a Canyon with tubs. I noticed a lot of the A riders in Rathfarnham last week were running single chainring set ups and it kind of makes sense for cyclocross.
They also seem to have put out women's versions of most of the road bikes (i assume this is what the WMN suffix and bright colours indicate)-wonder if the geometry for them is any different?

Seems very little in weight difference, also as has been mentioned 105 and Ultegra are both very good with little between them, personally i prefer aluminium as a sportive rider, id expect an alu to hold up better in a crash too, i could be wrong on that assumption ofcourse, so open to correction :)

Depends on the company he works for, some will allow it, others are more restricted in what they offer due to working with middlemen agencies who take their cut from the retailer.

Canyon are registered for Irish VAT and you can do the Bike To Work scheme with them.

    If your company allows it.

Bought the 2015 Endurace CF 9.0 a couple of months ago, there was a real shortage of bikes in that range at the popular sizes. Had 8 weeks or so lead time on the delivery too. So bear in mind they sell out quick and get your sizing right - I called them because I seemed borderline on two sizes.

    Class bike.
