Quick M50 Toll Question

Lads, I'm sure it's here loads of times but anyway.
If, say, I purchased a car from a dealer 2 weeks ago and he still hasn't registered the change of ownership, who would receive the letter from e-flow if I made a couple of trips across the M50 at the weekend.
The car in question was bought from a dealer who had purchased it from another dealer (who took it as a trade-in).
I can see on motortax.ie that it was purchased by the 1st dealer on 27/07 and then transferred to the 2nd dealer on 01/08.
I assume these are simply online transfers and that no actual paperwork passed through Shannon.

Am I right in assuming that the e-flow letter would now go to the 2nd dealer (rather than the actual registered owner who originally traded in the car) ?

The e-flow letter will go to you (eventually) because the dealer isn't going to pay your toll fines, but they have a nice record to show you owned the car when it went through the toll.

It will go to the last registered owner I'd imagine.

@challengemaster.No problem with that, but this still doesn't answer my original question.
Who will e-flow send the late-payment letter to ?

@Bazz. but is it "registered" with the 2nd dealer ?

Customer sent me a copy of an e-flow fine today for a car we sold to a dealer last October. Didn't bother checking when they sold it, but the e-flow database doesn't update as often as it should.

This is pretty much an everyday occurrence, not a 1 off incident, so who knows who the fine will go to!

Do dealers even show up on the eflow system as an owner?

I got a fine letter before from eflow for a car I had recently traded to a dealer. Quick phone call to them had it sorted at my end quickly.
