    Has anyone removed the egr after a quote of €560 I think I need to. Will this effect doe

    Egr's divert part of the exhaust back into the engine for a second burn to reduce the NOx emissions.

    NOx emissions are not checked in this country.

    Removed the EGR on the E90 and replaced it with a blank which looked identical to the original piece. The car pretty much showed up a CEL immediately that had to be mapped out of the car, but other than that had no issues.

    It would be great to get the manifold off and cleaned aswell, I wonder would a machanic fit a delete kit for me

    What engine and car?

    Any indirect diesel I get immediately gets its EGR blanked. Runs much better and easier on juice
