Hi! I've decided to do a Gap Year. I've already contacted my college directly and my course has been deferred but I'm unsure about the process.
Can I defer my grant to next year? Can I defer the HEAR scheme? Will I need to send all my documents again? Who do I need to contact? Sorry I'm so confused and stressed :P
    Any help is appreciated!

I deferred the HEAR scheme in 2011.

I can't remember exactly what happened with my grant. I think I notified SUSI and told them I wouldn't be going ahead that year and applied again the next year.

I'd say just call the Access office at the college, and give SUSI a ring too.
