Bank Payments not being Applied to Account

    I just moved into a rented property recently. I've registered etc. with Irish water. I've no bill yet as I'm only in a few weeks, I've set up online banking to pay Irish Water €3 every week so my bills will be little to nothing when they come. My payments have not been applied. I've double checked the IBAN and BIC as per the website and I've double check the account number just to make sure their are no mistakes.

    How long does it take online banking payments to apply to account?
