11 ram lambs went to ICM Navan this morning and about 17 to go to mart or local dealer today. Any of you sell 50 kg lambs in the last couple of days & if so at what price ?. Thanks

Is there any comission on that, good price if no commission. Anyone quoted more than €4.80 for today to 21.5?

ICM I presume.Same quote here today.Been told 4.90 was got in places last week but met nobody who actually got it for lambs.
If the live buying is through a mart then do they not have a weighing charge?50 cent per head I think.

Strictly speaking that ain't exactly kosher. They need an EID tag for export but would imagine that would be one from the farm of birth.

I didn't complain! My own mart tag stayed in them and put there's in beside it. There were heading for Belgium I was told

I tried two factories and was quoted €4.70 -€4.75 a kilo, so think your doing well here. I ended up selling today through a local mart at €2 a kilo live weight. Much of a muchness to factory for 50 kg lambs
