No RTE 1 on both my Alma S-2300+

do you have an aerial in the box
hdmi connection to the tv
go to menu
installation
ok go into terrestrial automatic scan
country Germany
turn lcn off
the channels will arrive in but not in order and you need to arrange them.
let me know how you get on
