LOST CNN CHANNEL

I've recently lost CNN on my Tevion receiver yet I still have it on a Sky box (not subscription) that uses the same dish.
I've just looked up the settings and once a recording has finished I'll try re-setting it using these instead of doing a full install, which made no difference.

Any clues as to why this would have happened? wouldn't the sky box use the same settings?.

The Sky EPG is updated by Sky to take into account any changes such as CNN moving to another transponder. Your Tevion receiver isn't and must be done manually.

You can get all the up to date info on the channels from lyngsat or Kingofsat :) They are worth bookmarking so you can keep up with channel changes and the likes.

Have a look here or just do a full blind scan and any "new" channels should be added.

Some place for the rain alright. Mayo is a beautiful place to visit. :) I spent many a time up in Killala. Good luck with the channel hunting.

Problem now solved. Had never done a blind search before as didn't know just what it would do! live and learn.

    Again many thanks.
