    what exactly qualifies Cork as a 'mega port' as opposed to actually being a tiny one on a world scale?

    Looks like someone needs to learn a little geography, Cork harbour is the second biggest natural harbour in the world.
    I can't help the typical TV3 dramatisation though

    I thought Poole was one if not the biggest natural harbour, defiantly over the top carry on by TV3, what about Southampton it is a huge port

    yeah, google had that pretty high up and the one of the first links blew it out of the water completely, it isn't remotely near the biggest.
