Recommend scaffolding

    What did your scaffolding cost you ? and for how long was itup ?

    If anyone can recommend scaffolding company or if you know anyone selling scaffolding, pls PM. Based in Galway

    I bought mine for 2200. Sold it for 1900 for fast sale and kept 4 bays.

    Also paid 200 to put it up (I assisted the guy who had a ticket). Took it down and stacked it myself.

    Was quoted between 1700 cash and 3k inclu vat to rent.

    Was told to NOT buy scaffolding when I started build. Ended up buying it by default after rental 'man' went bust.
    Paid approx 3.5k. Provisionally sold for 3, but still have it on site and using some of it. Up for over 12 months.

    Neighbour (smaller house) rented his. Paid 4k rental. Delayed due to weather and work over-runs.

    PM sent re. scaffolding sales.

    It was one pressure I didn't want. So bought my own...

    Saved 2k over rental quotes and no added pressure....

    Now its all sold on, think I lost €250 overall in cost...
