Why can't you just go commando?

Post a link there, hard to advise having no idea of the fabric, style, length etc etc

Debenhams invisible knickers range I find pretty good but as said before you will need to describe or post a picture of the dress to see. Is commando not an option? Im normally quite conscious of that when buying a dress.

What kind of underwear do you normally wear? Why is this not working with this dress?

I bought nude, seam free underwear in Dunnes and it has done the job under a dress I have that you could see my underwear outline if it was a darker colour or lacy and also under bodycon skirts that would show underwear lines.

    None
I have yet to find underwear that is 'invisible', 'seam free' etc etc. You can always see the line somewhere

What if you were in an accident :eek:

I couldn't even go to bed with no pants on so don't mind me. I found the invisible underwear good but true enough, depending on the dress, the may not work.

If you don't sleep in the buff you are missing out, try it :)

I must say I agree with that. Btw if the dress is so thin you can see even invisible underwear lines then all other imperfections can be seen too.

Would some sort of shape wear slip work?

wear a slip. should be fine.

Must be skin-colour and smooth as possible, no bust seams, no arse-floss with bulges round the elastic, etc.

Second the suggestion of a fine, smooth, skin-colour slip, if that goes with the dress neckline etc.

Also, have you thought about stockings / tights?
