Hey Im a support worker currently working 36hrs a week in 12 hr shifts. We work on a 4 week rolling rota, during this time I have to work 3 weekend days every four weeks. Due to the birth of my son and childcare costs I have requested to cut down my hours to 24hrs a week. My boss has told me that I will still need to do 3 weekend days a month but I have have that surely if my weekdays hours are goin down then so should my weekend hours. Anyways I am having a meeting wit my manager and head office to discuss cutting down my hours and Im just wondering have I any leg to stand on?
    Thanks Shane.
