It has to come on a three hour journey and it wrapped in box and then polystyrene box.

Last time it was a little thawed and the polystyrene is too hard to dispose of.

Has anyone any ideas on the best way to deliver this given that the courier isn't air conditioned?

    Really appreciate it, thanks.

    Packed in ice?

    Make an insulated box.

edit: as in reusable, so disposing of polystyrene isn't an issue. This assumes size/dimensions don't change.

It's wrapped in a box then in polystyrene so I'd imagine if inbetween the box and the polystyrene there was ice it would surly keep it cold especially if the journey is only three hours.

Dry ice will keep it frozen for ages but check if the courier will allow it.
