Bloating but no pain

I have a bit of a belly that I need to lose but my abdomen seems to be constantly bloated above my belly button. I don't have any pain at all just sometimes a bit of constipation and gas but nothing too bad. I was tested for coeliac disease a few months ago but was negative. Anyone have any experience of bloating without pain? I'm thinking it could be an intolerance for some other food type and considering doing a good intolerance test although I'm a little sceptical as to whether these are of any use. Any suggestions welcome, thanks

Try a food exclusion diet such as FODMAP. Cut out everything for 6 weeks then slowly reintroduce foods.

Edit: food intolerance tests will only work if you have the antigen present in your system, so you will have needed to have eaten the offending food(s) beforehand.

Could be IBS were you tested for that?

Presuming you are female, ask to get scan of ovaries.
